If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Include the original packaging and all accessories;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

How to Request a Return

It’s very important that you include “REFUND” in the subject line, as we receive a large number of emails daily. This helps us locate and process your request faster.

In your message, please include:

  • Your order number;
  • The reason for the return;
  • Clear photos of the product (required for damaged or incorrect items).

Our team will respond within 5 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or missed requests if “REFUND” is not included in the subject line.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Important Notes

  • Items that are used, damaged, or returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
